AbstractThis review paper aims at presenting the overall scenario of the present trends and
advancements in development in the treatment of cancer. Nanorobots help us in bridging
the technological gap between the different fields of sciences on the nanoscale. According
to the World Health Organisation, the leading cause of the death in the present scenario is
the Cancer. Currently there are two types of treatment processes used for cancer treatment:
chemotherapy and radiotherapy. But with the advancement in technology, the
nanotechnology has come up with an excellent idea of introducing Nanorobots that use
cadherin signals and chemicals along with body heat as their fuel to target and kill the
tumour cells. This is a revolution in the field of medical technology and also an alternative
to the chemo and radio-therapy, therefore finding a solution to one of the most challenging
problems without any side effects.
